Mr & Mr Lamey - Bathford

"Manage My Garden has been looking after our garden for the past 7 years.  In that time, they have provided a full garden service, including cutting the grass, maintaining the hedges, borders and shrubs, as well as making significant improvements to the garden.  In addition, Manage My Garden rebuilt a dry stone wall and carried out extensive tree work.  The work has always been carried out to a high standard.  Phil and his team are friendly, efficient and helpful.  They always respond positively to requests and work extremely hard and unobtrusively.  A further aspect of their work is that they genuinely care about nature and therefore do not use chemicals.  We have been delighted with the service they have provided for us and we would recommend them without reservation."

T Harris - Bradford On Avon

"Phil has done one job for us so far (major hedge cutting) and was recommended by a friend here in Bradford-on-Avon. I found Phil efficient, helpful and knowledgeable and he and his team did a nice neat job and cleared up really well. I would be happy to recommend Phil and I like the fact that his approach is organic and wildlife-friendly, which is important to us."

D Melly - Bath

"It was back in 2012 that I first engaged Phil to work on my mother's garden, having found him through an internet search.  Since then, he has visited the garden three or four times a year to tackle any jobs that required addressing.  These have included tidying the borders, cleaning up after bad weather, tackling weeds, hedge trimming and the occasional project (such as water-jetting the paving stones).  The biggest project that he has undertaken was the replacement of a dilapidated pergola (picture attached) in 2014.  I have found Phil to be diligent, reliable and cost-effective - and most reassuring in his dealings with my elderly mother."

"I have been using ‘Manage my Garden’ now for about 4 years. Phil Rogers and his team are always very friendly, show up when they say they will, and do a great job. I use them for general gardening, but especially for maintaining a rockery/bank in front of my house, which I find too hazardous to attempt. They have also pruned trees and shrubs, done general gardening, and repaired fences for me. Not just replacing wood panels, but fixing new posts and cementing them in place. They are quick and efficient and always clean up well after work. I would recommend their services and wish them well in the future."

P Heynes

"I employed Manage My Garden from May 2012, initially in response to a flyer pushed through the door.

Phil and staff came monthly for the first year or so and since then have come occasionally throughout the year as requested.

I have come to rely on his work in the garden to maintain its framework, and latterly to do some of the heavy work that I am unable to do any more.

His interest in cultivation of habitats for wildlife, growing for food and such interests as permaculture very much chime with my view of gardening, and he is far from being just “the man who cuts the hedges” – although he does that very well indeed.

I would highly recommend Manage My Garden for anyone who wants good quality, knowledgeable gardening."

C Ball - New King Street

"I found Manage my garden on line 3 years ago and it has been a very happy arrangement. We have a city centre garden with a struggling lawn and some flower beds and fruit trees and no knowledge.

Phil can do a days works in a morning and transforms the garden takes away the debris and keeps everything in order with less than a monthly visit. His charges are reasonable and I would happily leave my key and let him just get on with the job. I would definitely recommend him."

T Bagshaw - Bear Flat

"I was recommended MMG by a mutual acquaintance after discussing being let down by 3 previous gardening services! Phil was a pleasure to deal with, turned up on time and went above and beyond to clear our small but stupidly overgrown garden, digging out a big rootball in the noonday sun! Really happy with the results and would certainly recommend MMG to others."

M White - Lower Weston

Phil of 'Manage my Garden' listens to his customers' wishes – even to what may appear to be abit unusual.

I wanted to park two cars on my front garden, as my road gets full with other people's cars, yet I didn't want paving stones, concrete or tarmac which would kill small wildlife and encourage 'run off'.  Yet I needed firm ground to hold the weight of two cars, so we chose to use celltrack gravel retension and grass protection.

Phil patiently listened, contributed his knowledge, organised the logistics of getting two skips, a small digger and materials into a relatively small space.  The project was built in good time, to my deadline and completed to a high standard. Throughout this project Phil was considerate to my neighbours and remained consistently cheerful and positive even through bitterly cold weather.

So whatever your project, Phil will listen and deliver what you want to a good standard, within your time frame and a reasonable budget. Not only do I recommend him; I'd commission him for future projects that I have in mind.

Well done Phil and thanks for your hard work.
